作物受蟲害或病害引致失收，是農夫的最痛，這也是為甚麼數十年來農藥愈發展毒性愈高又愈用愈多，結果導致食物安全隱患及農地退化。卻原來，這惡性循環緣自我們以往對植物健康和所需營養的關係缺乏理解，選擇了用「殺」的方向來處理。謝謝AEA的John Kempf，將數十年來科學家對這方面的研究和他的田野觀察和顧問工作總結起來，建立了植物健康金字塔這概念，並經理論和實踐，用營養管控方法，證實了只要做得恰當，植物是可以健康生長，讓農藥在農場絕跡的。他的這個理念架構，已被美國農業局接受，成為再培訓農夫一個重要課題。綠蔭家園在2019年把的網上講座分階段在Facebook上載，更多謝他的無私分享。（中文字幕由綠蔭家園提供）
